What a source actually measures
A number or technical claim is useful only with its original period, definitions, and limitations. The desk checks original documents before drawing a practical lesson and omits unsupported statistics rather than estimating them.
Distinguish records from interpretation
Company materials are labeled as company-issued. Independent reporting and confirmed subject statements are identified separately. A source supporting one historical fact does not establish a broader conclusion about Daniel’s beliefs.
Make the trail readable
Articles place numbered source notes beside material claims and provide a descriptive source list. Key facts link directly to that list. Publication, modification, and last-reviewed dates help readers place the account in time.
